Laboratory Homogenızers
The HOMMAK laboratory homogenizer is a portable and mobile device. You can improve your existing products, test the effect of homogenization on your products, and determine the most suitable process parameters to achieve the best results.
HOMMAK homogenizers enable you to produce more precise and higher quality products by increasing your process stability. In every industry, structurally unstable products lead to unpredictable results and make it impossible to achieve consistent results in production.
At HOMMAK Machine, we manufacture high-efficiency, custom-designed laboratory-type homogenization machines tailored to your needs with our experienced and expert teams. We are always here to meet your requirements with our knowledge and dedication.

Workıng Prıncıple of Laboratory Homogenızers
Initially unstable and heterogeneous liquids are passed through a narrow gap in a laboratory-type homogenizer at high pressures up to 2000 bar to obtain a more stable and homogeneous product.
The difference between laboratory-type and industrial-type homogenizers is that the laboratory-type takes up less space, is easier to transport, and has a lower initial investment cost. Determining your homogenization needs with a laboratory-type homogenizer will be easier and less costly.
