The HOMMAK filling machine enables you to fill products in liquid or semi-liquid form into desired containers with high precision and speed, at the desired volume or weight.
The HOMMAK filling machine is a semi-automatic machine manufactured to fill pre-prepared plastic, cardboard, aluminium, glass or tin containers with yoghurt and clotted cream yoghurt.
Frozen speed per nozzle:
- 1 litre => 900 – 1100 units/hour
- 2 litres => 600 – 650 units/hour
- 5 Ltr => 350 – 400 pieces/hour
- 10 Ltr => 180 – 240 pieces/hour

Yoghurt Filling Machine
The yoghurt filling machine is designed to fill containers at high speed with 0.1% accuracy to the desired volume or weight.
HOMMAK K-FM filling machines, available with 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 operators, have the capability to fill pre-made containers of various sizes and shapes with 0.1% accuracy. The HOMMAK volumetric filling machine with a magnetic flow meter is designed to fill containers with liquid and semi-liquid products.
Performance: Depending on the container size and volume, each operator can fill: 1500 buckets/hour of 1000 grams each.
Automatic Yeast and Culture Filling Machine
Maya and cultures are designed to enable you to fill containers with high precision and speed to the desired volume or weight.
HOMMAK K-FMY maya and culture filling machines, operated by two operators, have the capability to fill ready-made containers of various sizes and shapes with 0.1% precision.
Performance: Depending on the container size and volume, each operator can fill 50 containers per minute with 25 grams of product.
Conveyor-Based Yoghurt Filling Machine
The yoghurt filling machine is designed to fill containers at high speed with 0.1% accuracy to the desired volume or weight.
