How Does MicroCut Work?
MicroCut differs fundamentally from conventional bladed mixers through its rotor–stator working principle. The rotor, rotating at high speed, mechanically cuts, breaks down and homogenizes the product in the narrow gap between itself and the fixed stator; the high shear force generated in this process reduces particles down to the micron scale.
