Consistency, Stability, and Efficiency in Sauce and Liquid Food Processing Lines

The next-generation high-pressure homogenizers showcased at our stand focus on two key priorities for food manufacturers: consistent product quality and energy efficiency. Designed to improve emulsion stability and prevent phase separation in ketchup, mayonnaise, sauce, and liquid food processing lines, these systems attracted considerable interest throughout the exhibition from local companies as well as buyers from the Balkans, the Middle East, and the Turkic Republics. During one-on-one meetings with visitors, we used interactive presentations to demonstrate how manufacturers can increase production capacity while reducing operating costs.

For HOMMAK, Food Tech Eurasia 2026 was more than just an exhibition where we showcased our machinery. It became a meeting point where the future of the industry was discussed and the foundations for lasting business partnerships were established.
